Outdoor Movie Viewing should be at NIGHT ONLY for best viewing experience, Needs to be dark... [Daytime Viewing is not Recommended]

Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy** 1. **Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will incur no fees. - Cancellations made within 24 hours to 1 hour before your rental date and time will incur a 20% fee. - Cancellations made within 1 hour of your scheduled date and time will incur a 40% fee before any refund is issued. 2. **Items Damaged:** - If any equipment is damaged, your card will be charged for the full replacement cost of the damaged items. 3. **Supervision Requirement:** - Adult supervision (ages 18 and older) is required to operate the projector. 4. Movie Projector is made for ****Night Time Viewing ONLY****, needs to be dark for best video viewing experience....no refunds for poor daytime viewing attempts. 5. A credit card will be kept on file to cover any damages or cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
